Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the ("Subscriber") and Luis Daniel Maldonado Fonken ("Mentor") upon completion of the subscription process for the Lifestyle Traveler Mentorship Program ("the Program").

1. Subscription:
By completing the subscription process and payment of the registration fee, Subscriber agrees to enroll in the Lifestyle Traveler Mentorship Program facilitated by the Mentor. Subscriber acknowledges that participation in the Program is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Program Access:
Upon subscription, Subscriber will gain access to the Program's content, including training sessions, coaching sessions, workshops, challenges, projects, assignments, tools, resources, and support services, as outlined in the Program description.

3. Payment and Fees:
Subscriber agrees to pay the registration fee of 1000 EUR to secure their enrollment in the Program. Payment must be made in full at the time of subscription and is non-refundable. Or other wise the Trial Fee 500 EUR or a tailor-Made Fee in Agreement with the Mentor. Please contact us for details

4. Progression and Certification:
Subscriber acknowledges that progression through the Program and eligibility for certification are contingent upon meeting predetermined thresholds of points and skill levels. Subscriber agrees to repeat lessons or tasks as necessary until reaching the minimum expected skill level or earning the required points for progression.

5. Co-Facilitation and Co-Coaching:
Subscriber may have the opportunity to co-facilitate and co-coach services under the supervision of the Mentor or other experienced practitioners. Subscriber understands that participation in co-facilitation and co-coaching activities is subject to performance evaluation and feedback.

6. Additional Agreements:
Subscriber may be required to enter into additional agreements, such as licenses or certifications, affiliate programs, commissions, trainer/coach agreements, business developer agreements, to offer commercial services based on the knowledge and skills acquired through the Program. Subscriber agrees to comply with all additional agreements as required. The subscriber will be informed in advanced when those agreements are necessary.

7. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utrecht.

By subscribing to the Lifestyle Traveler Mentorship Program, Subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
